📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Stock and manage inventory of food items and kitchen supplies.,Prepare food for service, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.,Assist in food presentation and plating.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as an Assistant Commis Chef or similar role is preferred.,Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
