Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage the service desk and ensure smooth operation,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Maintain a clean and organized service area,Follow company policies and procedures,Work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals,Perform other duties as assigned

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles is a plus,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions,Basic computer skills are a plus,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
