📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management,Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project execution,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a similar role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong interpersonal and communication skills,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business environment is a plus
