📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the cold chain distribution centre, ensuring adherence to strict temperature and humidity standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing waste.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize advanced cold chain management software, such as SAP or similar, to track and analyze operational data.
- Participate in continuous learning and development programs to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cold chain distribution centre operations, with a focus on healthcare products.
- Certification in cold chain logistics or related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of leading and optimizing operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
