📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.
  • Analyzing financial data and preparing audit reports.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing support to the audit committee as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards (e.g., ISA, COSO).
  • Knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks.
