The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical and mechanical construction, with a strong understanding of data center infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction activities of the data center, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Inspect and approve electrical and mechanical work to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and safety.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or deviations from the project plan.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and schedules.,Collaborate with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision for electrical and mechanical construction projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and best practices.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Experience with construction management software and tools.,Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
