📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices to suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and submit monthly accounts payable reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Use SAP and QuickBooks to manage and analyze financial data.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with Excel and other financial software.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
