Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the team,Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations,Schedule and assign tasks to team members,Monitor performance and provide feedback,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues,Maintain vehicles in good condition and ensure they are ready for use,Report to management on a regular basis,Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Knowledge of local routes and regulations,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Strong problem-solving skills,Familiarity with fleet management software,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian
