📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to stakeholders.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and suppliers.,Attend trade shows, seminars, and networking events to expand business opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
