📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Plan and optimize distribution routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution, including delivery times, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless flow of information and products.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to distribution.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with distribution management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
