📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.,Handle vehicle bookings and reservations for company use, ensuring timely and efficient service.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet services.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
