📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all properties meet 5-star standards.
- Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to uphold quality and efficiency.
- Implement and monitor cleaning protocols using industry-standard tools like CleanSheets or similar software.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any property issues promptly.
- Work closely with property managers to ensure guest satisfaction and feedback is addressed.
- Develop and implement training programs for new staff.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order replacements as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards in a luxury setting.
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning management software like CleanSheets or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
