PT Harapan Berkah is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs and opportunities through data analysis and employee feedback.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and facilitate learning activities to ensure maximum participation and understanding.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate 360, Moodle, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
