Sentral Sari Store is looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Staff to join our team. As a Kitchen Staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to the recipes and standards set by the management. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area. This is an urgent position, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food items according to the recipes and standards set by the management.,Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area.,Ensure that all food items are prepared and served on time.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and in good condition.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions to improve kitchen operations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a kitchen environment.,Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Good knowledge of inventory management and food costing.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international cuisine.
