📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.,Manage and mentor a team of branch managers and staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and training.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or sales.,Proven track record of successful sales growth and team leadership.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and best practices.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
