Space Global Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier Staff to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain cash and inventory records, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.,Monitor cash drawer balances and report discrepancies to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Participate in inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.
