📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.,Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Monitor and report on reception area activities and performance metrics.,Train and supervise junior receptionists.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in customer service or hospitality preferred.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English languages.,Professional and approachable demeanor.
