📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with business objectives and employee development needs.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness using data from learning management systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in talent development and organizational learning.
• Work with the HR team to implement and measure the impact of learning initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages employee engagement and participation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Experience with learning management systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Cornerstone.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
