📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient health status.,Document patient health information and maintain accurate records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient health status to the healthcare team.,Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccinations and other preventive healthcare services.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
