Toko Anggi Health Center is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to our health and wellness products procurement process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement activities, ensuring we have the best products at competitive prices. You will work closely with our suppliers and internal teams to streamline our procurement process.

If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of procurement principles, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all procurement activities including purchasing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports and data.
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and wellness products is a plus.
