📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and identifying recruitment needs,Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates,Negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires,Maintaining a database of potential candidates,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies,Providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall recruitment process,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment,Strong knowledge of the local job market in Surabaya,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages
