BOLT Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for accuracy and detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to support business decisions,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the accounting payable and receivable processes,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
