Plus Camp Group is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our retail operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including restocking shelves and displays.,Promote products and services to customers, highlighting any special offers or promotions.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.,Assist in the preparation and organization of product samples and displays for events and trade shows.,Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to provide informed advice to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
