Salon Fajar Shop is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing our sales revenue and promoting our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer relationship management.,Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and needs.,Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers about our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to achieve sales targets.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to network and promote our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Knowledge of the beauty industry and salon products is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
