📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client interactions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.,Analyze market trends and competition to inform business strategy.,Present business proposals and reports to senior management.,Track and manage business development KPIs and performance metrics.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
