In this role, you will be responsible for managing all tax-related activities for our organization, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and optimizing tax planning strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all tax-related activities for the organization, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, and stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns, including corporate and individual income tax returns, VAT returns, and other tax filings.,Conduct tax audits and investigations, and prepare responses to tax authorities.,Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the organization's tax liability.,Provide tax-related advice and support to other departments, including finance, accounting, and operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and activities.,Monitor and analyze tax-related trends and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate and individual income tax, VAT, and other taxes.,Proficient in using tax accounting software and other relevant tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
