📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver, install, and configure advanced automation solutions, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and implement tailored automation solutions.
• Document technical specifications, installation procedures, and maintenance records.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of automation systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and industry best practices.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during installation and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field engineering, particularly with automation solutions.
• Certifications in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell FactoryTalk) and SCADA systems (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation protocols and standards (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC UA).
• Proficient in using project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards relevant to the automation industry.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international clients.
