🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ISP operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using network management tools such as Cisco, Juniper, or similar.
• Certifications in ITIL or other relevant certifications are a plus.
