Based in Jakarta Selatan, you'll be part of a dynamic team working with industry-standard tools like SAP and WMS systems.

As an Inbound Logistics Staff at Global Digital Niaga, you'll manage the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to our warehouse. Your daily tasks will include receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and support our e-commerce operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in received goods.
• Update inventory records using SAP and WMS systems.
• Assist in the preparation of outgoing shipments for e-commerce orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and quality control procedures.
• Support the warehouse team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SAP and WMS systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and order fulfillment.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
