📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Apply and maintain protective and aesthetic coatings on military and commercial aircraft.
• Use specialized tools and equipment, such as spray guns, sanders, and coating materials, to achieve flawless finishes.
• Inspect aircraft surfaces for defects and damage, and prepare them for coating application.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain and update aircraft coating records and reports.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to stay updated with the latest coating technologies and techniques.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of aircraft for painting, including cleaning, masking, and priming.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure that all coatings meet the required standards and specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Painter Technician or similar role.
• Proven experience with aircraft painting and coating application.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as those set by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of specialized tools and equipment, such as spray guns, sanders, and coating materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Certification in aircraft painting or a related field is a plus.
