📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and secure high-value real estate leads through various marketing channels.
  • Negotiate and close real estate deals with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and client interactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and real estate regulations in Bali.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Bali.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid real estate sales license is a plus.
