📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Manage inventory and ensure products are always on display and in stock.
• Organize and execute promotional events and campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the sports industry and retail operations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
