📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and track production schedules using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure products meet standards
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues related to materials or equipment
• Train and mentor junior staff on production processes and quality standards
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control results
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervision role
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
