📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with high-end clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable luxury timber flooring solutions.
• Present and demonstrate our premium timber floors, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to offer innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products through various channels.
• Manage and follow up on sales leads to ensure timely and effective follow-through.
• Conduct site visits to measure and install timber floors, ensuring high-quality results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or luxury goods industry, with a minimum of 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of timber flooring materials, trends, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-end clients.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in timber flooring or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently within Bali and to other destinations as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
