📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage all household operations including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance.
  • Provide personalized service to clients, including meal preparation, grocery shopping, and event planning.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the residence.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and other special requests as needed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury household management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
