📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing plant.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and adherence to project timelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role.
• Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM, EAM, or similar.
• Certification in ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
